My July Goals

Hello friends! It’s July! I’m not sure if I’ve just never noticed this, but everyone on social media seems hyped for a new month. Perhaps because we halfway through 2020!?! It’s been a ride to say the least. Hopefully these last few months pull an uno reverse card… Anyway, like always I’m going to be sharing my goals for July with you all and recapping on my goals from last month. Not going to lie, I didn’t do too well… but hey, it’s a new month!

Goals for July:

  1. Make wearing sunscreen a habit
  2. DRINK WATER (96 oz daily)
  3. Finish summer work for English
  4. Try/create new recipes
  5. 10k steps every day
  6. Commit to Law of Attraction work
  7. Redesign website!!
  8. Go to bed by 10 every night

How last month’s goals went

Goals for June:
1. Create two recipes
2. Read two books
3. More than 5k steps every day
4. Drink 96 oz of water daily
5. Reach 100 subscribers on the blog!!!
6. Phase out more foods
7. Spend at least 1 hour every day outside/screen free

Let’s just say that June was not it. I really only achieved two of my goals, and then kinda accomplished three. I am happy to say that I ended up reaching 100 subscribers here on WordPress (thanks to y’all), and that I read two books. I read “The Hate U Give” which is amazing– I totally recommend it, and a nutrition book. The two goals I did not complete by any means were drinking water and creating two recipes. These were the two that I really wanted to accomplish at the start of the month, but I guess I didn’t want it bad enough…

Hopefully July will be different, in terms of my goals and the world. The first half of 2020 was wild, but we got through it. I’m super excited for a fresh start this month and I can’t wait to start grinding out these goals! What about you? What are your goals for July? Let me know in the comments.
