Hello friends!! Happy New Year! 2020 was sure one hell of a ride, and it’s no surprise that our 2020 goals were derailed. If I’m being honest, 2020 was actually a pretty good year for me! I started my blog, finally addressed my mental heath in so many diffrent aspects and ways, and strengthened my relationship with my family.
Overall, 2020 was a big year for self-growth, and I’d like to think that that means that I can truly start to better my self and become the person I want to be in 2021. This year, I’ve set 3 main goals for self-improvement. To make these goals easier (and more likely to) achieve, I’ve created specific steps to follow that will help me become my best self. I’ve also made 4 additional goals that are a little less complex. I know I’m a little late to the party, but here are my 2021 goals!!

- Make a list of books I want to read
- Check out two books at a time from library

- Write down and correct negative thoughts
- Address the source of these thoughts
- Meditate 10 minutes a day
- Incorporate into morning routine
- Keep a gratitude log

- Make an effort to spend time together
- Bi-monthly check-ins with friends
- Respond to messages asap
